The design solution considers child`s perspective and uses the simplest methods possible to create a differentiated, exciting, child-friendly and unforgettable environment. As a single-storey building it enables movement between different units without stairs, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. Spacious canopy-covered playgrounds work as contact zones, allowing maximum usage of the building complex irrespective of the weather. The canopy also serves as a passive cooling system. The walls are made of straw and covered with clay plaster providing healthy indoor climate. A fenced courtyard with playgrounds and a small toboggan-slide is to the East of the building.
