The goal of the project is to create an architectural framework for the future development of the area which leaves proffessional freedom for botanists to arrange the plantation and reorganize the botanical garden has to become a local centre. It is important to show the ideology of the botanical garden to the neighbourhood, to make itself visual and attractive in the cityscape. It is done by activating the contact zone (the borders of the botanical garden) and combining public and private. In order to differentiate the botanical garden from its surroundings it is turned into a peaceful oasis in the middle of intense citytraffic. It is planned through building new houses along the border and forming a noiseblocking front.
